Training for the corporate, academic and non-profit workplace.
Is your business in compliance with the law?
Connecticut’s sexual harassment laws pertain to all workers in companies, including non-profits, with three or more employees. And students at educational institutions are protected, too.
To protect people and companies from the tremendous damage caused by workplace sexual harassment, Connecticut law [Statute Sec. 46a-60(8)] requires that all companies with 50 or more employees provide sexual harassment awareness and prevention training to all managers and supervisors within six months of hire or promotion.
And it’s recommended that all workplaces – regardless of size, sales or specialty — offer awareness and prevention training to all employees.
